Do you offer full property management?

Not at present. Our current service is focused on the tenant-find stage, including advertising, enquiry handling, accompanied viewings, applicant vetting, and tenancy setup where selected. Ongoing rent collection and day-to-day property management are not part of our current offer. Where longer-term management is needed, we are happy to point landlords in the right direction.

What does your vetting and referencing process involve?

Our vetting process is intended to help landlords make a more informed decision before a tenancy begins. Depending on the circumstances, this may include collecting applicant information, reviewing affordability, obtaining references, and carrying out general pre-tenancy checks. Where selected, Right to Rent administration can also be included as part of our Tenant Find + Tenancy Setup service.

How long will my property remain advertised?

Your property can remain advertised until a suitable tenant is secured or you ask us to withdraw the listing. We will discuss the most appropriate service level for your property at the outset and confirm the next steps before marketing begins.
